Your gift can make sure all Mammoth children have a Merry Christmas

The Angel Giving Tree is now up at Mammoth’s Vons!

The tree, which has the names of many local children on it, ensures that LOCAL low-income children receive gifts for Christmas. You can be part of this important project by selecting a child’s name at Vons from the Tree. Once you choose a child, or more than one child, there will be information on the ornament that tell you what the child most needs. Then, once you buy the gifts, take your gifts to the Mammoth Fun Shop (located on the Frontage Road in Mammoth across Main Street from Fire Station 1) by Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 5 p.m. The Fun Shop is closed on Wednesdays but open 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. every other day. Also, Mammoth Fun Shop is offering a 30 percent discount for any gifts purchased for children on the tree and left there for distribution; you can purchase other items for yourself or others and receive a 10 percent discount on your items the day you bring your Giving Tree gifts in.
