Owen River Gorge Access CLOSED

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has closed all access to the Owens River Gorge area, including the Pleasant Valley Control Gorge Patrol Road. Due to the extensive damage to the roadway and hazardous conditions from the recent storms this area is not safe. LADWP is warning of high flows in various waterways and locations throughout Inyo County. LADWP has placed signs warning the public of high flows in the Owens River.
